Gila’s, so we don’t totally loose it over the holidays, here is a quick workout that will keep you toned and in shape in only 12 minutes a day, also good when we are paddling! 6 min upper body 6 min legs. Do each for a minute with bands or dumbbells if needed
1. Chest:Push ups(even on knees if you have too!)
2. Back: One arm rows AKA: lawnmower pulls, like starting a lawnmower
3. Shoulders:Over head press
4. Biceps: Curls
5.Triceps: dips on chair or lean over with bands or dumbbells
6. Abs: sit ups or crunches.
Next Legs, March or jog in place for 6 mins then squat for 6 mins.
Do this once a day, we can all find 12 minutes, plus it gets your blood flowing and metabolism going for the day. Very simple! Try it and you will see a difference in a short time! K.I.S.S., Keep It Simple Stupid!
Try and minimize the Bread, pasta and white rice if you want to loose some pounds as well! (I know, that’s the hard part!) Mostly have fun!
